Art therapy is when you create a piece of art while also expressing inner emotions.
Who is this for?
I am not a painter or artist.
This is for someone who has zero art experience. Or if you do a great way to join with others to release inner feelings and have fun. You are busy, not usually in a creative space or never allow yourself to be creative. This is for someone who wants to step out of their comfort zone and try something new.
